1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Solved, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Telehealth Informed Consent, and our Notice of Privacy Practices. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and Identity Verification
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of a U.S. state where Solved offers services, and able to form a binding contract. The service is intended for patients assigned male at birth seeking the conditions Solved supports.
To confirm your eligibility, we require identity and age verification through our third-party provider, Veriff. You agree to submit an accurate, valid, government-issued photo ID and a selfie. This information is used only to confirm your identity and that you are 18 or older — it is not used to make medical decisions or for marketing. If you decline to verify, or if verification fails, we may be unable to provide you with services.
3. Not for Emergencies
Solved is not appropriate for medical emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
4. The Provider Relationship
Solved is a technology platform. Healthcare services are provided by independently licensed healthcare providers and pharmacies who use the platform. Solved is not a medical provider or pharmacy and does not practice medicine.
5. Compounded Medications
Some medications offered through the platform are compounded by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy pursuant to a patient-specific prescription. Compounded medications are not approved by the FDA. You acknowledge that compounded products may differ from mass-manufactured FDA-approved counterparts in formulation, strength, and delivery.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
Solved offers monthly subscriptions. You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You are not charged until a licensed provider approves your treatment. You can pause or cancel anytime from your account.
7. Returns
For safety reasons, dispensed prescription medications generally cannot be returned. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details, including our satisfaction guarantee.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to provide accurate medical information, not to share or resell medications, not to misuse the platform, and not to attempt to access another person's account or data.
9. Intellectual Property
The Solved platform, content, and trademarks are owned by Solved or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use.
10. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solved disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solved's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the platform will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid Solved in the 12 months before the claim. Solved is not liable for the professional services of treating providers or pharmacies.
12. Arbitration and Class Waiver
You and Solved agree to resolve disputes by individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and waive any right to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing legal@solvedstrips.com.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except that the arbitration clause is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
