1. Overview
Solved offers telehealth consultations and dispenses compounded prescription medication in states where it is licensed to do so. Some states require additional disclosures, consent language, or provider/pharmacy information. Those state-specific notices are collected on this page and are incorporated into the Telehealth Consent, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.
2. Service Availability
Solved is currently available to adult men (18+) physically located in eligible U.S. states at the time of consultation. We do not serve patients outside the United States. State eligibility is confirmed during intake; if your state is not eligible, you will not be charged and no medication will ship.
3. California

California Automatic Renewal Law (Bus. & Prof. Code § 17600 et seq.): Your Solved subscription will automatically renew at the price and cadence shown at checkout until you cancel. Cancellation is available online and is as easy as sign-up — from Account → Subscription → Cancel, or by emailing support@solvedstrips.com. You will receive an acknowledgment email after enrollment summarizing your plan, price, and cancellation steps. We will give at least 7 days' advance notice of any material change to your recurring price, and 15–45 days' notice before renewing any term of one year or longer. See our Subscription Terms.
CCPA / CPRA — Notice at Collection: Solved collects identifiers (name, email, address), commercial information (orders), internet activity, geolocation (state-level for eligibility), and sensitive personal information including health and prescription data, government-ID images for identity verification, and payment information. We use this information to provide telehealth services, fulfill prescriptions, comply with law, and prevent fraud. We retain it for as long as required by medical-record and tax laws.
Your California Privacy Rights: California residents have the right to know, access, delete, correct, and port their personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the service. Solved does not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not use your sensitive personal information beyond what is needed to provide care. To exercise any of these rights — including “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” and “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” — email privacy@solvedstrips.com. We will verify your identity before responding and will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
“Shine the Light” (Civil Code § 1798.83): California residents may request a list of categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the prior calendar year. Solved does not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. Requests can be sent to privacy@solvedstrips.com.
Complaints (California providers and pharmacy): Complaints about a California-licensed physician may be filed with the Medical Board of California at 1-800-633-2322 or www.mbc.ca.gov. Complaints about the dispensing pharmacy may be filed with the California State Board of Pharmacy at 1-800-952-5210 or www.pharmacy.ca.gov.

4. New York
Telehealth services are provided by independently licensed New York physicians. New York patients may obtain a copy of their medical records by contacting records@solvedstrips.com. If you have a complaint about a New York–licensed provider, you may contact the New York State Department of Health, Office of Professional Medical Conduct.
5. Texas
Telehealth services for Texas patients are provided in accordance with Texas Occupations Code Chapter 111 and Texas Medical Board rules. To file a complaint about a Texas-licensed physician, contact the Texas Medical Board at 1-800-201-9353 or www.tmb.state.tx.us.
6. Florida
Florida telehealth services are delivered by providers registered with the Florida Department of Health under Fla. Stat. § 456.47. Compounded medications are dispensed by a pharmacy permitted by the Florida Board of Pharmacy. Complaints about a Florida provider may be filed with the Florida Department of Health Consumer Services Unit.
7. Compounded Medication Disclosure (All States)
Compounded medications dispensed through Solved are prepared by a state-licensed compounding pharmacy in accordance with USP <795> and <797> standards. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed. A licensed provider has determined the formulation is appropriate for your individual clinical needs.
8. Other States
