Solved Health, Inc. ("Solved," "we," "our," or "us") provides a telehealth platform that connects adult patients with licensed healthcare providers and arranges for the dispensing of compounded prescription medications by independent pharmacies. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (such as your name, contact details, date of birth, shipping address, payment information, and answers to medical-intake questions), information generated through your use of our services (such as device, browser, and usage data), and protected health information ("PHI") created during your interaction with a healthcare provider through the platform.
To confirm you are at least 18 years old and that you are who you say you are, we also collect identity-verification information, including images of a government-issued photo ID and a selfie photo. This information is used solely for identity and age verification and is not used for marketing, advertising, or any medical decision-making. Our verification vendor may perform a biometric comparison between your selfie and your ID photo for the limited purpose of confirming the documents belong to you.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate the platform, facilitate medical consultations, fulfill prescriptions, process payments, communicate about your account and orders, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Your Health Information (PHI)
PHI created or received by treating providers is governed by HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices. Solved acts as a business associate to the providers and pharmacies on the platform with respect to PHI and only uses or discloses PHI as permitted by HIPAA and the applicable Business Associate Agreements.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest for sensitive data. No system is perfectly secure; please notify us immediately at security@solvedstrips.com of any suspected compromise of your account.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations (including medical-record retention requirements that may apply to providers and pharmacies for several years), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email privacy@solvedstrips.com. We will verify your identity before honoring a request. Requests involving PHI may be subject to HIPAA processes handled through your treating provider.
10. Children
Solved is intended for adults 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, if changes are material, provide additional notice.
