1. Processing Time
After a licensed provider approves your treatment and your payment method is charged, your prescription is sent to a partner 503A compounding pharmacy. Compounding and quality checks typically complete within 2–4 business days before your order ships.
2. Shipping Speed
Standard shipping is included free with every subscription. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment. Expedited options may be offered at checkout where available.
3. Discreet Packaging
Every Solved order ships in plain, unbranded packaging. The shipping label lists Solved's fulfillment partner and your name — there is nothing on the outside indicating the contents or condition treated.
4. Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking is also available from your account dashboard.
5. Signature on Delivery
Some orders may require an adult signature (21+) on delivery. The carrier will leave a notice if you are not available and re-attempt delivery on the next business day.
6. Delays and Issues
Weather, carrier issues, address errors, or pharmacy backorders can cause delays. If your order is more than 5 business days late from the expected delivery date, contact support@solvedstrips.com and we will investigate.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier and the pharmacy to send a replacement at no additional cost where appropriate.
8. Address Restrictions
Solved currently ships only to U.S. residential and business addresses in states where the prescribing provider is licensed and where compounded medications can lawfully be dispensed. We do not ship to PO boxes for prescription orders, to APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
9. Storage on Arrival
Store Solved strips at room temperature in their original sealed pouch, away from heat, humidity, and direct sunlight. Do not use past the expiration date printed on the packaging.
