1. Plain-English Summary
Solved is sold as an automatically renewing subscription. By enrolling, you authorize Solved to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and cadence you select, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, online, in just a few clicks.
2. Enrollment & Affirmative Consent
Before your first charge, you will see a clear summary of: (a) the recurring price, (b) the billing frequency (monthly or quarterly), (c) the date of your first and next charge, and (d) how to cancel. You must check the consent box acknowledging these terms before we will charge your card. This satisfies the affirmative-consent requirement of the federal Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA, 15 U.S.C. § 8403) and state automatic-renewal laws, including California (Bus. & Prof. Code § 17602), New York, Illinois, Oregon, Vermont, Virginia, Colorado, and others.
3. Pricing & Billing Cadence
Current plan pricing is shown at checkout and on your account dashboard. Monthly plans are billed every 30 days; quarterly plans are billed every 90 days. Charges occur on or about the same day of each cycle. Sales tax and shipping, where applicable, are added at checkout.
We will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by email before any change to your recurring price takes effect.
4. Renewal Reminders
For quarterly and longer plans, we send an email reminder before each renewal. For monthly plans, your dashboard always shows the next charge date and amount. You may opt into renewal reminders for monthly plans in your account settings.
5. How to Cancel (Click-to-Cancel)
You may cancel at any time and for any reason. Cancellation is available online, without phone calls or paperwork, consistent with the FTC's click-to-cancel rule:
- Sign in and go to Account → Subscription → Cancel.
- Or email support@solvedstrips.com from the address on your account.
Cancellations take effect immediately. We will not charge you again after cancellation. Orders that have already been processed by the pharmacy cannot be recalled and will ship as scheduled.
6. Pausing Your Subscription
You may pause your subscription for up to 90 days from the same dashboard. While paused, you will not be billed and no medication will ship.
7. Failed Payments
If a charge fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be paused until you update your payment method.
8. Refunds
Refunds for compounded prescription medication are limited by law and our pharmacy partner's policies. See our Returns & Refunds policy for details, including our first-month satisfaction guarantee.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes that affect your billing or cancellation rights will be communicated by email at least 7 days before they take effect, and your continued use of the subscription after that date constitutes acceptance.
