1. Full Refund Before Shipment
You are not charged until a licensed provider approves your treatment. If your order has been paid for but has not yet been dispensed or shipped by the pharmacy, you can cancel for a full refund by contacting support@solvedstrips.com. Once the pharmacy begins compounding or ships your order, it can no longer be recalled (see Section 2).
2. No Refund on Dispensed Prescriptions
Solved strips are compounded prescription medications prepared specifically for you. By federal and state pharmacy law, dispensed prescription medications cannot be returned to inventory, re-sold, or re-dispensed once they have left the pharmacy — even if the package is unopened. All sales of dispensed medication are final, except in the limited circumstances described in Sections 3 and 4.
3. Replacement for Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is delivered to the wrong address through no fault of yours, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and a photo, if applicable). We will send a free replacement.
4. Credit for Legitimate Quality Concerns
If you have a verified quality concern with your medication (for example, visible contamination or a clear formulation defect), contact support with your order number and photos. After pharmacy review, we will issue an account credit toward a future order. By law, the affected medication must be disposed of per FDA guidance and cannot be returned to the pharmacy.
5. Side Effect Protocol & Medical Support
Your health comes first. If you experience side effects or your treatment isn't working as expected, message your assigned provider through your dashboard. Depending on clinical judgment, your provider may:
- Adjust your dose or formulation,
- Switch you between formulas (for example, Max ↔ Fast) — your first formula switch is at no additional cost, or
- Pause or discontinue treatment.
If you experience a medical emergency or signs of a serious adverse reaction, call 911 or seek immediate medical care.
6. One-Click Cancel, Skip, or Pause
You can cancel, skip a shipment, or pause your subscription at any time from your account — no phone call required. Changes take effect immediately for future cycles, but orders already in production or shipped by the pharmacy will be completed (see Section 2).
7. If You Are Not Approved
You are not charged until a licensed provider approves your treatment. If the provider determines Solved is not appropriate for you, you will not be billed and no medication will ship.
8. Disposing of Unused Medication
Do not flush or place unused medication in the trash. Use a DEA drug-takeback program or consult FDA disposal guidance for safe options in your area.
